Lost access to workspace

If teammates suddenly lose workspace access, recovery is usually quick when role ownership and invitation state are verified in order.

  • Confirm the user is signing in with the same email address that received the invite.
  • Check whether the invite has expired or was accepted under another account.
  • Verify the workspace owner did not revoke role access during cleanup.
  • Re-send a fresh invite from Owner settings and remove stale pending invites.
  • Ask the user to accept from the same browser session used for sign-in.
  • If still blocked, capture timestamp and account email before contacting support.
