Lost access to workspace
If teammates suddenly lose workspace access, recovery is usually quick when role ownership and invitation state are verified in order.
Immediate Checks
Section titled “Immediate Checks”- Confirm the user is signing in with the same email address that received the invite.
- Check whether the invite has expired or was accepted under another account.
- Verify the workspace owner did not revoke role access during cleanup.
Recovery Steps
Section titled “Recovery Steps”- Re-send a fresh invite from Owner settings and remove stale pending invites.
- Ask the user to accept from the same browser session used for sign-in.
- If still blocked, capture timestamp and account email before contacting support.
