What to Back Up
- Source media folders and project selects should follow your normal backup policy.
- Keep FinDIT index-related metadata snapshots for active productions.
- Store export artifacts and handoff files in a versioned project location.
Restore Playbook
- Mount replacement drive first, then validate folder path consistency.
- Re-open FinDIT library and let it reconcile portable indexes before re-indexing.
- Run a known query set to verify result quality after restoration.
